RESPONDENTS\n\n\n      \n\n\tOriginal Application No.9278 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Lr.No.20732\/M1\/97-1  dated 11.06.1997 and set aside  the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant by relaxing age.    Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A., was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\n\tFor petitioner      : Mr.S.Ganesan\t\n\n\tFor respondents  : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam,\n\t\t\t Government Advocate \n\n                            -----                              \n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.9278 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Lr.No.20732\/M1\/97-1  dated 11.06.1997 and set aside  the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant by relaxing age.    Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A., was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  Petitioner has made a representation\/review petition  on 10.8.1997 to the Secretary to Government, School Education Department, the first respondent to consider his case for relaxation of age for appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher.  It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that such  representation has not been disposed off on merits and suitable direction may be issued.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  The Original Application has been filed in the year 1998 for the above stated relief.  If the representation has not been disposed off so far, the petitioner is permitted to make further representation to the first respondent within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent shall dispose off the same on merits and in accordance with law within two months thereafter.
