Learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioner invited attention of the Court to<br \/>\npage No. 47\/50, it is marked as &#8216;exh. 33&#8217;.  It is also mentioned<br \/>\nthere, &#8216;Civil Misc. Application No. 160 of 2000&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate then invited attention of the Court to page No.<br \/>\n47\/52, it is marked as &#8216;exh. 35&#8217;.  It is also mentioned there &#8216;Civil<br \/>\nMisc. Application No. 160 of 2000&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.2\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate then invited attention of the Court to page No.<br \/>\n47\/53, it is marked as &#8216;exh. 30&#8217;.  It is also mentioned there &#8216;Civil<br \/>\nMisc. Application No. 160 of 2000&#8217;.  When it is inquired from the<br \/>\nlearned advocate, as to in which proceedings, this Civil Misc.<br \/>\nApplication is filed, the learned advocate submitted that she will<br \/>\nhave to inquire.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.3\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate then invited attention of the Court to page No.<br \/>\n47\/59, which is an application filed in Special Civil Suit<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">No. 77<\/span><br \/>\nof 2000.  In the subject matter, it is mentioned that &#8216;as per<br \/>\nCompromise Pursises being exh. nos. 32, 35 and 37, an order be<br \/>\npassed&#8217;.  Attention of the learned advocate was invited as to where<br \/>\nis exh. 37, the learned advocate is not able to find out the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.4\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate then invited attention of the Court to the order<br \/>\npassed on 2nd October 2007.  It is on page Nos. 47\/61 to<br \/>\n47\/62.  There it is mentioned that, &#8216;application read and as<br \/>\nmentioned in the application, as per Compromise Pursises being exh.<br \/>\nnos. 32, 35 and 37 are also read.  The parties have agreed according<br \/>\nto these three Compromises&#8217;.  It was then inquired as to why there<br \/>\nare three Compromises, the learned advocate is not able to give any<br \/>\nsatisfactory reply.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tIn<br \/>\nview of the fact that the learned advocate is not able to explain the<br \/>\ndocuments filed in the petition, the petition is dismissed with<br \/>\nliberty to file a fresh petition after putting the house in order.<br \/>\nNotice is discharged.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Joshi for respondent no. 3 submitted that the present<br \/>\npetition is filed against an interim order passed by the Revisional<br \/>\nAuthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tAs<br \/>\nthe Court has not examined the merits of the matter, for the present,<br \/>\nthis submission is not taken into consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
