Shri<br \/>\nVijay Patel, learned advocate appearing with Shri Parthiv Bhatt,<br \/>\nlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has stated at<br \/>\nthe bar that the applicant is ready and willing to compound the<br \/>\noffence by depositing the amount of compensation as awarded by the<br \/>\nlearned trial Court confirmed by the learned appellate Court and the<br \/>\nsame shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court by<br \/>\n24\/12\/2010.  He has submitted that even he is ready and willing to<br \/>\npay 15% cost so as to enable the parties to compound the offence as<br \/>\nobserved by the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court in the case of Damodar<br \/>\nS.
