(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             On August 3, 2009, this Court had passed the following order<\/p>\n<p>and called for the status report:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             Petitioner had filed a suit for permanent injunction. The<br \/>\n      court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Gohana granted<br \/>\n      temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff petitioner herein.<br \/>\n      The Gram Panchayat defendant filed an appeal. The appeal<br \/>\n      was accepted. Aggrieved against the same, Sree Ram plaintiff<br \/>\n      has filed the present revision petition. The same was admitted<br \/>\n      on May 6, 2003 and it was ordered that the petitioner plaintiff<br \/>\n      shall not be dispossessed from the property in the suit. The<br \/>\n      trial Court was directed to conclude the trial within two years.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             Report be called from the Court of Additional Civil Judge<br \/>\n      (Sr. Division), Gohana regarding status of the suit, as by now,<br \/>\n      the suit may have been decided.
