(C) NO. 37771 OF 2008\n                   ---------------------------------------------\n                   Dated this the 1st day of October, 2009\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioners approached this Court complaining of            police<\/p>\n<p>harassment. According to them, the police has been interfering with their<\/p>\n<p>business of sale of crackers.         The learned Government Pleader, on<\/p>\n<p>instruction, submits that the petitioners do not have licence, as of now, to<\/p>\n<p>conduct the business.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of making<\/p>\n<p>it clear that in case the petitioners possess valid licence for the sale of<\/p>\n<p>crackers, the police shall not interfere with their business.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        (KURIAN JOSEPH)<br \/>\n                                                  JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>                                        (C.T.
