i    not possess a vali\u00e9 and effective driving iicense as on the date<\/p>\n
of the accident, therefore, the insurer is not iiable to indemnify ihe<\/p>\n

the drie;\u00a5ingiVti_c’erijc.e  ttenspoit vehicle coming within
\nthe cetegery cf’tightA:_:m’&er:”vehicles. As per the de\ufb01nition of<\/p>\n
Sectien 2r2?:’3~~, t_he~ vehicie to” be called es Eight motor vehicie, the<\/p>\n
  oni3tj’:cet3ctitionA. is, ttsitmievden weight shouid not exceed 7500 kgs.<\/p>\n
  ‘?*hcugh”,’-.t:_he’f\u00e9risurer contended that the vehicte in question was a<\/p>\n
heats? gecciejeehicte, to substantiate this contention, it has not<\/p>\n

committed any error in eedciling the’\u00ab.tiab.iVlity an inevitrer of the
\noffending vehicle. I see ‘\u00e9gggroutid tevi’nt.erf:etet with the said \ufb01nding
\nof the Tribunal. Therefore. there 5’3: rj_o m~a\u00a3it7~in_.\u00a3ae appeat \ufb02ied by
