      Even though line is drawn, it is not charged is the grievance of<\/p>\n
the   petitioners.     Learned   standing   counsel   for   the   KSEB   submits<\/p>\n
that   the   matter   is   being   referred   to   the   ADM   because   of   the<\/p>\n
objection  raised by one Mr.Ahamedkutty, over whose property the<\/p>\n
line is drawn without his written consent.  In the circumstances, this<\/p>\n
writ   petition   is   disposed   of   directing   the   concerned   respondent   to<\/p>\n
refer the file to the ADM.   The ADM is directed to hear the parties<\/p>\n
and   pass   orders   within   a   period   of   one   month   from   the   date   of<\/p>\n
receipt of the reference.  The matter should be referred along with a<\/p>\n
copy of this judgment by the concerned Engineer within a period of<\/p>\n
two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n
