Who are the owners of the above land at present?<\/p>\n<p>2. When was this land registered last time and in whose name?<\/p>\n<p>3. Provide a xopy of Khotouni Pamaish of the land.<\/p>\n<p>4. Whether the land was vested under to Burari Gram Sabha? If yes, then:<\/p>\n<p>   a) Under which law and on which date?<\/p>\n<p>   b) Please provide the information about the area of the land vested to Burari<br \/>\n      Gram Sabha along with the names of each Bhomidar whose land had been<br \/>\n      vested.\n<\/p>\n<p>   c) whether all the laws, rules and regulations were followed?<\/p>\n<p>   d) Pelase provied the reason why were the Bhomidars not informed and their<br \/>\n      consent not taken prior to vesting the land to Burari Gram Sabha?<\/p>\n<p>   e) Please provied the names and designation of the officials who decided to<br \/>\n      vest the land of the Bhomidars to the Burari Gram Sabha.<\/p>\n<p>   f) Please provide a copy of the minutes of meeting in which it was decided to<br \/>\n      vest the land of the Bhomidaes to the Burari Gram Sabha.<\/p>\n<p>   g) Provide the information how had the Burari Sabha been using the vested land<br \/>\n      for the welfare of the villagers.\n<\/p>\n<p>   h) Provide the list welfare projects the administration and dates of completion of<br \/>\n      each project.\n<\/p>\n<p>   i)   What is the present position of the land?<\/p>\n<p>PIO Replied<br \/>\nAs per Khatoni Pamaish year 1980-81 the owner of this land were Sh. Lal Chand etc.<br \/>\nthe copy of Khatoni Pamaish is enclosed herewith. The land was vested in Gram<br \/>\n Sabha. DLR etc. the names of the officials and designations and address were not<br \/>\navailable since the papers relate to 1987.<\/p>\n<p>       Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. R. C. Sharma<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, ADM North, alongwith Mr. Yogesh Pratap SDM, Civil<br \/>\nlines.\n<\/p>\n<p>The answer was handwritten and at some palces difficult to read. The Appellate<br \/>\nauthority had called the appellant for a hearing, and issued an order asking for a<br \/>\ntyped reply to be given.
