The main contesting respondent<br \/>\n\tis Respondent No.3 Insurance Company.  Hence, at this stage, the<br \/>\n\tpresence of respondent No.1 may not be required.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances and in view the grounds mentioned in the<br \/>\n\tapplication for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.<br \/>\n\tHence, delay deserves to be condoned and, therefore, condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication is disposed of.
