Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :26\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                      -------------------------------------\n\n                            B.A.No. 7450 OF  2006\n\n         -----------------------------------------------------------\n\n             DATED THIS THE 26TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Petitioner who is the first accused in Crime No.244\/06 of Eloor<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 read<\/p>\n<p>with section 34 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Even though I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, I am inclined to give an opportunity to the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>surrender   before   the   Investigating   Officer   for   interrogation   and<\/p>\n<p>thereafter for his regular bail application considered by the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>concerned.     Accordingly,   the   petitioner   shall   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer on any day between 27.12.2006 and 3.1.2007 for<\/p>\n<p>the   purpose   of   custodial   interrogation   and   recovery   of   incriminating<\/p>\n<p>documents, if any.
