No.10795 of 2011\n                                RAJEEV KUMAR GUPTA\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   13.04.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Although it is stated that 390 gm Charas has been<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered from the shop of the petitioner but contention of<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the petitioner is that the above said quantity<\/p>\n<p>                 does not come within the purview of commercial quantity rather<\/p>\n<p>                 the said recovery is less than the commercial quantity. It is<\/p>\n<p>                 further contended by him that the petitioner has falsely been<\/p>\n<p>                 implicated in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the<\/p>\n<p>                 alleged recovery does not come within the purview of<\/p>\n<p>                 commercial quantity, let the petitioner, namely, Rajeev Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                 Gupta be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like     amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.22 of 2011 arising<\/p>\n<p>                 out of Valmikinagar P.S.
