It appears<\/p>\n<p>                           from the record that on 10.1.2000, the petitioner was directed to<\/p>\n<p>                           file a supplementary affidavit along with the order passed in<\/p>\n<p>                           M.J.C. No.3032 of 1998. Despite the judicial order, no<\/p>\n<p>                           supplementary affidavit was filed. Again on 10.9.2001, it was<\/p>\n<p>                           directed to list the case after filing of supplementary affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Office note shows that till date no supplementary<\/p>\n<p>                           affidavit has been filed.
