                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n
                                   The petitioners apprehending their arrest, in<\/p>\n
                      connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 193 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n
                      offence punishable under Sections 147, 364, 366A\/34 of the<\/p>\n
                      Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
                      Magistrate, Gopalganj.\n<\/p>\n
                                   After some serious arguments, in view of statement<\/p>\n
                      of the victim as evident from the order of learned court blow,<\/p>\n
                      learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw<\/p>\n
                      this application with a liberty to surrender before the court<\/p>\n
                      below within a fortnight for a prayer of regular bail, which shall<\/p>\n
                      be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced of<\/p>\n
                      instant withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n
                                   Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n
                                   Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as<\/p>\n
