No.26033 of 2010\n                          RAGHUNATH SHARMA, Son of Awadh Sharma\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   11.08.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is an accused in a case of misuse under Section<\/p>\n<p>                  409 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner was earlier granted bail by Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate on 30.07.1991, in Ahiyapur P.S. case no. 71 of 1991,<\/p>\n<p>                  corresponding to Tr. No. 2010 of 2009. It appears that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  surrendered in the court on 26.02.2009. The petitioner remained<\/p>\n<p>                  absconding for more than 17 years and odd.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  will appear in the court on each and every date fixed.<\/p>\n<p>                            Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000\/- (Twenty thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                  sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Pankaj<\/p>\n<p>                  Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur \/ his successor in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Ahiyapur P.S. case no. 71 of 1991 \/ Tr. No. 2019 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2009, with the condition that one of the bailors would be a Class-III<\/p>\n<p>                  Government employee and the other would be his immediate family<\/p>\n<p>                  member, who will give an undertaking that they would ensure his<\/p>\n<p>                  presence on the date fixed in the proceeding.
