Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :16\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 34523 OF 2010\n                =====================\n\n         Dated this the 16th day of November, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners submit that they appeared for MBA examination<\/p>\n<p>and failed in some papers. They submitted Exts.P1 to P4<\/p>\n<p>applications for revaluation and filed this writ petition seeking<\/p>\n<p>expeditious revaluation and declaration of results.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard standing counsel appearing for the University<\/p>\n<p>also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the facts pointed out, it is directed<\/p>\n<p>that the University shall complete the revaluation sought for and<\/p>\n<p>declare the result of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible,<\/p>\n<p>at any rate, within eight weeks from the date of production of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment, provided the applications have been<\/p>\n<p>received and are otherwise in order.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4.
