Application No. 11392 of 2010 has<br \/>\nbeen rejected vide order dated 01.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant accused is charged with having committed offences under<br \/>\nsections 376, 506(2), 344 and 114 of Indian Penal Code for which<br \/>\nF.I.R. being I-C.R.No.175 of 2010 has been registered with Vejalpur<br \/>\nPolice Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nSenior Counsel Mr. Raju appearing with learned Advocate Mr. Chaudhari<br \/>\nseeks permission to withdraw the present application as the Court is<br \/>\nnot inclined.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tPermission<br \/>\ngranted.
