The        First<\/p>\n<p>                          Information Report was later on registered<\/p>\n<p>                          against unknown culprits.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       In       course    of     investigation,          the<\/p>\n<p>                          informant was noticed to identify the accused<\/p>\n<p>                          persons for which Test Identification Parade<\/p>\n<p>                          was     proposed        to     be     organized       but     the<\/p>\n<p>                          informant has not attended. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                          was later on apprehended on suspicion and in<\/p>\n<p>                          the    chargesheet        merely      suspicion       has     been<\/p>\n<p>                          raised against him.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                                       Considering              the       facts          and\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n            circumstances        of    the    case,     let    the    above\n\n            named    petitioner         be    released    on    bail    on\n\n            furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-                       (ten\n\n            thousand)    with         two    sureties    of    the    like\n\n            amount    each       to    the    satisfaction       of     the\n\n            learned     Chief          Judicial       Magistrate\/court\n\n            concerned    Sitamarhi            in   connection          with\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Bazpatti P.S.
