No.16654 of 2010 (F)\n             ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 31st day of May, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners 1 to 4 are working as Junior Public Health Nurse<\/p>\n<p>Grade-I and the 5th petitioner is working as Lady Health Inspector.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioners, prior to 01\/10\/1994, they had<\/p>\n<p>rendered provisional service and therefore the said service is liable<\/p>\n<p>to be reckoned for computing their higher grade and increments. It<\/p>\n<p>is stated that urging this claim they have filed Exts.P7 to P11<\/p>\n<p>representations    before     the 1st   respondent   and    the   said<\/p>\n<p>representations are pending.
