No. 5585\/2010 is\nallowed. Petitioners are permitted to file this petition by paying one set\nof Court-fee.\n       The petitioners are working as contract teachers and are\nspecialized in imparting training and education to the disabled\nchildren. According to the petitioners, they are working continuously\nfor long period of time and are engaged on contract basis for\nimparting education to disabled children. It is stated that presently\nthe petitioners are working on contract basis under the Sarva Shiksha\nAbhiyan. The grievances of the petitioners are that the Union of India\nthrough the           Ministry of Human Resources Development          has\nformulated a policy Annexure P-4 for appointing such types teachers\nin each regular institution for imparting training and education to the\ndisabled children and        while appointing such teachers   on regular\nbasis in the school preference is to be given to the teachers who\nhave experience like the petitioners, contending that the petitioners\nclaim for regular appointment to the school in accordance to the\npolicy Annexure P-4 is not being considered, the petitioner has filed\nthis writ petition.\n       Taking note of the aforesaid grievance of the petitioners,\nrespondent nos. 1 to 3 are directed to consider the           policy    as<\/pre>\n<p>contained in Annexure P-4         and issue necessary directions to the<br \/>\nDistrict Education Officer and other officials for considering the<br \/>\ncandidature of the petitioners for      granting regular appointment to<br \/>\nthem in the school as per policy Annexure P-4.
