(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner M\/s Kanshi Ram Arjun Dass claims that being old<\/p>\n<p>licensee, they were having their shop in the old market. Respondents<\/p>\n<p>came out with a Scheme and draw of lots was held. It has been averred in<\/p>\n<p>the petition that in the draw of lots so held, name of the petitioner was not<\/p>\n<p>considered. The petitioner had earlier filed Civil Writ Petition No. 14030 of<\/p>\n<p>1991. Later, review application No.191 of 2005 was filed by the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>which was disposed of by this Court on July 4, 2008 and liberty was<\/p>\n<p>granted to the petitioner to challenge non-inclusion of its name in the draw<\/p>\n<p>of lots.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Counsel for the petitioner submits that he had submitted a<\/p>\n<p>representation (Annexure P-5) to the Chief Administrator, Haryana State<\/p>\n<p>Agricultural Marketing Board, Sector 6, Panchkula. In response thereto,<\/p>\n<p>the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, vide<\/p>\n<p>Annexure P-7, has stated that it will take some time to decide the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No. 2984 of 2009                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representation.
