Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :09\/02\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                 W.P.(C) No. 4193 of 2011 Y\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n          Dated this the 9th day of February, 2011\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Petitioner, a PWD Contractor, submits that he<\/p>\n<p>undertook the work of laying sewage Main Line reconstruction<\/p>\n<p>in the premises of SAT Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram for the<\/p>\n<p>fourth respondent. He submits that the work was executed in<\/p>\n<p>2009 and that the bill amount comes to `17,99,000\/-. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that despite having executed the work to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the respondents, payment has not been<\/p>\n<p>disbursed.      According to the petitioner, even Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation made to the fifth respondent did not evoke any<\/p>\n<p>response. It is in these circumstances the writ petition has<\/p>\n<p>been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   If as stated by the petitioner, the work has been<\/p>\n<p>executed, prima facie, there is no reason for non payment.<\/p>\n<p>Be that as it may, taking note of his case that Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>submitted to the fifth respondent is pending, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.4193\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>writ petition, directing the fifth respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext.P5.
