Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :13\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                             ----------------------------\n\n                     Bail Application No. 1523\/2007\n\n                             -----------------------------\n\n                   Dated this  13th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              In   this   Petition   filed   under   Sec.   439   Cr.P.C.   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is  the accused  in Crime No.28\/2007  of Kongad<\/p>\n<p>Police   Station   for     an   offence     punishable   under   Section     376<\/p>\n<p>IPC,  seeks his  enlargement on bail.   Petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>22.2.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      I heard  the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.      Having regard to the nature of the   offence   and the<\/p>\n<p>other   circumstances  of   the   case,   I   am  inclined   to   grant   bail   to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner,   but   from   a   future   date.     Accordingly,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   is     directed   to   be   released   on   bail   with   effect   from<\/p>\n<p>26.3.2007, on his  executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten<\/p>\n<p>thousand   only)   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like<\/p>\n<p>amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M-II,   Palakkad   and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>B.A.1523\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    (a).     The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>                    Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and<\/p>\n<p>                    11 a.m. on  all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                    (b).     The   petitioner   shall   make   himself<\/p>\n<p>                    available   for   interrogation   as   and     when<\/p>\n<p>                    required by the police  till  the filing  of the<\/p>\n<p>                    final report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                    (c).     The   petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                    intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                    shall he   attempt to  tamper   with               the<\/p>\n<p>                    evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                     (d).    The   petitioner   shall   not  commit  any<\/p>\n<p>                     offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
