No.11100 of 2009\n              ---------------------------------\n               Dated, this the 3rd day of April, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners submit that they are the students of B.Sc<\/p>\n<p>Nursing in Self Financing Colleges.     According to the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>orders have been issued by the 1st respondent fixing stipend for<\/p>\n<p>those students who are undergoing internship in the Government<\/p>\n<p>Nursing Colleges. However, orders governing the students like the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have not been issued so far. Urging this and requesting<\/p>\n<p>for fixation of stipend as far as they are concerned, they say that<\/p>\n<p>they have filed Ext.P3 before the Minister for Health and Family<\/p>\n<p>Welfare, and that the same has been forwarded to the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>for consideration. In this writ petition the prayer sought is for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on Ext.P3.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Taking note of the above grievance, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing that if Ext.P3 has been received and is pending,<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon shall be passed. This shall be done as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible, at any rate, within three months of production of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.11100\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     3.
