Basheer, J.\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                         W.P(C) NO. 8709 of  2006\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   Dated this the 4th day of July , 2006.\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the<\/p>\n<p>view that the contentions raised by the parties need not be dealt with  at<\/p>\n<p>this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   My   attention   has   been   invited   to   Ext.P12   petition   pending<\/p>\n<p>before respondent No.1.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>that Ext.P12   was preferred in February 2006 and no orders have been<\/p>\n<p>passed on the said petition so far.  I am satisfied that it will be  in the<\/p>\n<p>better interests of all parties concerned  that an appropriate decision is<\/p>\n<p>taken on Ext.P12 without any further delay.<\/p>\n<p>      4.  Therefore this writ petition is disposed of  with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>respondent   No.1   to   consider   and   pass   orders   on   Ext.P12   as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within six weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment. Respondent No.1 shall ensure that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and respondent No.2 are afforded sufficient opportunity<\/p>\n<p>to be heard before any orders are passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner shall   produce a certified copy of the judgment and a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the writ petition before respondent No.1 for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                A.K.
