Advocate (Crl.side)\n\n\n:ORDER  \n<\/pre>\n<p>        (Order of the Court was made by P.  SATHASIVAM,J.)<\/p>\n<p>                S.   Nagaraj,  has  filed  this petition for production of his<br \/>\nwife, Tmt.  Pradeepthi, aged about 19 years before this Court and set  her  at<br \/>\nliberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>                2.  Pursuant to our direction, the detenue by name Pradeepthi,<br \/>\nappeared before us.   We enquired her.  According to her, she is aged about 19<br \/>\nyears.  She also informed us that on 18.11.2005, she married  the  petitioner.<br \/>\nShe  further  asserted  that  she  is not under the illegal custody of anyone,<br \/>\nincluding the first respondent, who is none else than her  father.    Further,<br \/>\nshe  expressed that she is willing to go and live along with her husband i.e.,<br \/>\nthe petitioner herein.  Above statement is hereby recorded.  In  view  of  the<br \/>\nsame,  we  are  of  the  view that no further adjudication is required in this<br \/>\npetition and hence, the same is closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>kh<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.
