Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :05\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n           THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                       W.P(C).14635 OF 2008\n                   -------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 5th day of September, 2008\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      It is submitted that the impugned order had taken effect<\/p>\n<p>even before the interim order dated 13.5.2008, which was<\/p>\n<p>passed at the stage of admission and the 4th respondent had<\/p>\n<p>joined the station to which he was transferred. It is also stated<\/p>\n<p>in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has been transferred<\/p>\n<p>later on to G.L.P.S., Chathannoor.                Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner states that the petitioner will join that station and<\/p>\n<p>make a request for consideration of a transfer during the next<\/p>\n<p>general transfer. If such request would be in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law, the same shall be considered and disposed of having regard<\/p>\n<p>to the totality of the facts and circumstances, including the fact<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner is working in a hilly\/remote area, as pointed<\/p>\n<p>out by him.
