NO. 473 OF 2006\n                        --------------------------------------------------------\n                          Dated this the 16th day of August 2006\n\n\n                                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Having   heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the     learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader and having perused the materials placed on record,  I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that the issue involved in this case is covered by the dictum laid down<\/p>\n<p>by this Court in the  decision in <a href=\"\/doc\/705190\/\">Radha V. Deputy Director of Education<\/a> (2004<\/p>\n<p>(3) KLT 206) in favour of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        In   the   above   facts   and   circumstances,   Ext.P4,   P7,   P9   and   P12   are<\/p>\n<p>quashed.     Respondents   1   and   2   are   directed   to   disburse   the   entire   service<\/p>\n<p>benefits   to   the   petitioner   reckoning   the   period   of   service   rendered   by   him   as<\/p>\n<p>temporary Headmistress as qualifying service for grant of higher grade and other<\/p>\n<p>incidental service benefits.  Appropriate orders in this regard shall be issued by<\/p>\n<p>respondents   1   and   2   and   the   benefit   will   be   disbursed   to   the   petitioner   as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 3 months from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of  this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                     A.K.
