Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :21\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                          =======================\n\n                            W.P.(C) No. 245  of 2008(D)\n\n                          =======================\n\n\n                    Dated this the  21st  day of January, 2008\n\n\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner   who   is   stated     to   have   been   working   as   a<\/p>\n<p>provisional   conductor   in   the   2nd   respondent   Corporation   from<\/p>\n<p>1999 onwards, claims to regularisation in service as in the case<\/p>\n<p>of certain other similarly placed provisional conductors.   Raising<\/p>\n<p>this   claim,   petitioner   has   filed   Ext.P3   representation   before   the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent.   The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>same.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader and the<\/p>\n<p>standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.   In the facts<\/p>\n<p>and circumstances of the case, there would be a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>1st   respondent   to   consider     and   pass   appropriate   orders   on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3,   as   expeditiously   as   possible,   at   any   rate,   within   three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>as   2nd   respondent.
