Thereafter,the case has been listed before<br \/>\nthe court today. The office report shows that notices issued to some<br \/>\nof the non-applicants have been received<br \/>\nunserved while some notices have not been received<br \/>\nback. Only non-applicant Nos.6,8,9,11,14<br \/>\nand 15 are shown to have been served.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant is directed<br \/>\nto file latest addresses of the unserved non-applicants<br \/>\nalongwith fresh process within two weeks<br \/>\nfrom toady. Thereafter, fresh notices be<br \/>\nissued to the<br \/>\nunserved non-applicants<br \/>\nfor 28.11.2005.Direct service is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nshall be the duty of the applicant<br \/>\nto serve the unserved non-applicants before<br \/>\nthe next date, failing which the application for condonation<br \/>\nof delay shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
