2   27\/01\/2011            Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n
                  and learned counsel for the State it appears that it is a<\/p>\n
                  misplaced kind of writ application where the decision<\/p>\n
                  taken by the Panchayat not to renew the contract of the<\/p>\n
                  petitioner as Shiksha Mitra as far back as in the year<\/p>\n
                  2004, is now being challenged in the year 2010 without<\/p>\n
                  any valid or cogent explanation in this regard.<\/p>\n
                          In view of the above, this writ application is<\/p>\n
                  dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
