                  Standing     Counsel    No.   2   who   appears    on<\/p>\n
                  behalf of respondent nos. 6 to 8\/State.<\/p>\n
                              Learned      counsel        for        the<\/p>\n
                  University Sri Anil Singh, at the very<\/p>\n
                  outset, while referring to Annexure – E<\/p>\n
                  to the supplementary affidavit filed on
\n behalf    of   the     University        submits        that<\/p>\n
most of the grievances of the petitioner<\/p>\n
have already been redressed. However, on<\/p>\n
perusal of Annexure – E i.e. an order<\/p>\n
passed by Registrar of the University on<\/p>\n
14.02.2009 it appears that some amount<\/p>\n
was due on the date of passing of the<\/p>\n
order. Neither learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
petitioner nor learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
University are in a position to inform<\/p>\n
the    court   as     to     whether     the      dues    as<\/p>\n
indicated in Annexure – E have been paid<\/p>\n
or not.\n<\/p>\n
          In     view        of    the      facts        and\n\ncircumstances         learned      counsel       for     the\n\n<\/pre>\n
parties have agreed for disposal of the<\/p>\n
writ   petition       granting        liberty      to    the<\/p>\n
petitioner       to     file      a    representation<\/p>\n
before     the        respondent           no.     2\/Vice<\/p>\n
Chancellor,         Tilka         Manjhi         Bhagalpur<\/p>\n
University, Bhagalpur in case some amount<\/p>\n
is still due in view of Annexure – E to<\/p>\n
the Supplementary affidavit filed by the<\/p>\n
University.\n<\/p>\n
          In   view     of     stand     taken     by    the
\n parties the writ petition stands disposed<\/p>\n
of granting liberty to the petitioner to<\/p>\n
approach respondent no. 2 in case still<\/p>\n
as per Annexure -E there are some dues.<\/p>\n
If    such    representation           is    filed          it    is<\/p>\n
expected          that     respondent        no.        2       will<\/p>\n
examine      the     same       and   pass     appropriate<\/p>\n
order in accordance with law preferably<\/p>\n
within a period of three months from the<\/p>\n
date of filing of such representation.<\/p>\n
             The writ petition stands disposed<\/p>\n
of.\n<\/p>\n
             So     far    as      relief      no.          2    for\n\ngranting          relief    for       merger       of       50    %\n\n<\/pre>\n
dearness relief on the basic pension of<\/p>\n
the     petitioner         is     concerned        the          writ<\/p>\n
petition stands allowed in terms of order<\/p>\n
dated 03.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.<\/p>\n
3616    of    2010       (Dr.     Himanshu     Bhushan            Vs<\/p>\n
