He also Submits that the\n\n'r__petitio~r1er'S Vendor had the Khatha Standing in his\n\n"if in respect of the property in question. According\n\n  to? the learned counsel, the fourth respondent, who has<\/pre>\n
 \ufb01led the objections to the petitiOner’S application for the<\/p>\n
change of Khatha is a total Stranger to the property in<\/p>\n

3. Sri Somanath further submits V.<\/p>\n
petitioner’s property is situated on 2031 <\/p>\n
Road, Bangalore, whereas the <\/p>\n
property is situated on 91 91:5   1 Roa’d,’VX<\/p>\n
Bangalore. He submitsdyadthat the'”‘e–boundaries,
\nmeasurement and   .,of..pthe up_etitioner’s
\nproperty and the fou_rt:h..VV property are<\/p>\n
entirely di_fferent..__  \u00ab.\n<\/p>\n

Karnata1tav’V’f.Mti.nicipal Corporations Act, 1976 reads as<\/p>\n

   power not to change the effect of Khatha but to call<\/p>\n
  ~-upon the parties to approach the Civil Court. Bowever,<\/p>\n
if the objections are absolutely frivolous and untenable,<\/p>\n
the BBMP officer has to reject them and issue the<\/p>\n
