It is stated in the<br \/>\napplication that he has wife and three children in the family. A<br \/>\ncertificate issued by Sarpanch of  Tindalva Juth Gram Panchayat, Tal.<br \/>\nRapar, Dist: Kachchh is enclosed. Learned Additional Public<br \/>\nProsecutor, Mr.Shah, made available for perusal the jail remarks. No<br \/>\nadverse is noticed from the jail remarks.
