Agarwal, Counsel for the Petitioner\n\t   \t\t\t  ***\t\t\t\nBy the Court :\t<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the facts and circumstances of the present case, the learned trial Court has allowed the application submitted by the defendant No.7 under Order 11 Rule 12 and 14 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 with regard to  the production of the documents mentioned therein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIt is not in dispute that so far as these documents are concerned, the agreement to sell has already been produced in the proceedings under Section 90-B of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.
