\nP.Ws.1, 2 and the appellant

   took follow up treatmem. Considering the<\/p>\n
K ieeyi\u00e9ience of P.W.1 eeupied with the evidence of P.Ws.3 and<\/p>\n
  -.  it could be said that the Tribmlal has not properly taken<\/p>\n
into account the nature of the iI1juz*ies susiained and<\/p>\n

treatment undergone by appellant both as inpa\ufb01em and<\/p>\n
outpatient and percentage of disability to considerihzgs<\/p>\n
of eaxjning capacity. No doubt the doctor  <\/p>\n
