Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :18\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                      V.GIRI, J.\n\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                            W.P.(C)No. 37581 of 2007\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Dated this the 18th day of December 2007\n\n                                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners are working as Boat Syrang and Boat Driver in the cadre of<\/p>\n<p>Police Constables in the A.R.Camp under the Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n<p>Alappuzha. According to them, there is an anomaly in the pay scale made<\/p>\n<p>applicable to them in the course of the pay revision brought about by GO(P)<\/p>\n<p>145\/2006 dated 25.3.2006. Petitioners sought rectification of this anomaly as<\/p>\n<p>per Ext.P2 and similar representations filed in this regard before the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent      which were forwarded to the second respondent Director<\/p>\n<p>General of Police as per Ext.P3. Since the anomaly can be rectified only by<\/p>\n<p>the government, it is appropriate that the petitioners representations are<\/p>\n<p>considered by the government itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>       After having heard the learned government pleader also, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to forward Ext.P2 and<\/p>\n<p>similar representations submitted by the petitioners and forwarded to him<\/p>\n<p>under Ext.P3, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment to the government.
