Tika Patti, District Purnea.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                      &#8230;&#8230;..Petitioner<br \/>\n                                     Versus<br \/>\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                   &#8230;&#8230;.Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p>03\/-      30-09-2010                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Additional<\/p>\n<p>                        Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon copy of the<\/p>\n<p>                        case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                        carries allegation of inflicting simple injury upon the prosecution side.<\/p>\n<p>                        Co-accused had already been granted the privilege by this Court in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                        Misc. No. 19945 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely, Gajo<\/p>\n<p>                        Mandal, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                        Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                        each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Kursella P.S.
