NAGINA RAM S\/O BANSHROPAN RAM\n                          ALL R\/O VILLAGE-KHARAHANA, P.S.KUDRA,\n                          DISTRCIT-KAIMUR (BHABUA)\n                                               --PETITIONERS\n\n                                          Versus\n\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR           --OPP.PARTY\n\n\n2   15.12.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard learned counsel for the eight petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioners are named accused in this case along<\/p>\n<p>                 with others carries general allegation of damaging the crops<\/p>\n<p>                 and ploughing the field. There is counter version also by way<\/p>\n<p>                 of Kudra P.S. Case no. 123 of 2010. Dispute between the<\/p>\n<p>                 parties relates to a piece of land for which both sides claim.<\/p>\n<p>                 None appeared injured.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within four<\/p>\n<p>                 weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on each<\/p>\n<p>                 of them     furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of the       Chief Judicial Magistrate,    Kaimur<\/p>\n<p>         (Bhabua) in Kudra P.S. Case no. 124 of 2010 subject to the<\/p>\n<p>         conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>         Criminal Procedure with additional condition that the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioners shall remain present before the court below for<\/p>\n<p>         two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier.
