P.P.\n\n                             -----\n5\/09.11.2011<\/pre>\n<p> Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the<br \/>\n          Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                Petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections<br \/>\n          387\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Parsudih (Sundarnagar)<br \/>\n          P.S. Case No. 123 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1338 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                The case relates to demand of ransom from the informant by five<br \/>\n          mobile phones, numbers whereof have been detailed in the FIR itself. It also<br \/>\n          appears that the petitioners were apprehended alongwith the other co-<br \/>\n          accused from whom some SIM cards of the mobile phones were recovered.<br \/>\n          So far as, these petitioners are concerned, there is no recovery of any<br \/>\n          mobile with the SIM numbers as detailed in the FIR.\n<\/p>\n<p>                In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the<br \/>\n          petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners Manoj Kumar Sharma,<br \/>\n          Susant Jana and Santosh Kumar Yadav are directed to be released on bail,<br \/>\n          on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with<br \/>\n          two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial<br \/>\n          Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih (Sundarnagar) P.S.<br \/>\n          Case No. 123 of 2011, corresponding to G.R.
