No.4963 of 2011\n                                    DEVENDRA SINGH\n                                              Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   25.03.2011             The petitioner is apprehending his arrest<\/p>\n<p>                   in Chautham P.S. Case No.100 of 2010 under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 489A, 489B &amp; 489C of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is alleged that Rs.500\/- note was<\/p>\n<p>                   circulated by one Priyanka kumari, which was found<\/p>\n<p>                   to be forged. Said Priyanka Kumari admitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                   notes were supplied by the petitioner being her<\/p>\n<p>                   relative and who used to deal with forged currency<\/p>\n<p>                   note.   It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that the notes having been recovered from<\/p>\n<p>                   the possession and even accepting the accusation at<\/p>\n<p>                   best the case comes under the purview of Section<\/p>\n<p>                   489C which is bailable. It is further stated that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner has no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the learned court-below i.e. Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, consider the regular<\/p>\n<p>                   bail application of the petitioner as on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation levelled the case comes within the<\/p>\n<p>                   purview of Section 489C only.
