No.13661 of 2011\n                                 Hardeo Rai\n                                   Versus\n                              The State Of Bihar\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>          For the petitioner :     Mr. Pandey Bipul Kumar, Adv.<br \/>\n          For the State      :     Mr. Damodar Prasad Tiwary, APP.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            ******<\/p>\n<p>03.   12.07.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State,<\/p>\n<p>                   who is armed with carbon copy of the case diary.<\/p>\n<p>                             This application has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                   abovenamed petitioner in connection with Aurai P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                   Case No. 13\/2010 pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p>                             After some arguments, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this<\/p>\n<p>                   application with a liberty to surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                   fortnight before the court below and seek regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>                   Permission is granted.
