No.34471 of 2011\n                        Deoki Devi wife of Shri Chhataru Mahto\n                                        Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   19.10.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under sections 498-A, 323, 324, 328\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                      Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of<\/p>\n<p>                      the informant and there is no specific overt act alleged against her,<\/p>\n<p>                      let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                      bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                      amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No.90 of 2011, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                      conditions (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he<\/p>\n<p>                      is related with the petitioner.
