On 13.09.2010 i.e. on the returnable date,<br \/>\nthough the notice was served, the respondent did not appear on<br \/>\n13.09.2010. However, this Court has adjourned the matter to enable<br \/>\nthe opponent to file appearance. Today, when the matter is called<br \/>\nout, same is the position.
