Patel, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the petitioner, for some time. Learned advocate for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner has submitted that the foundation of the notice, issued<br \/>\n\tunder Section 76-B of the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961,<br \/>\n\tto the petitioner is that he has not made a deposit of Rs.20,000\/-,<br \/>\n\twhich is not the correct position, as is evident from communication<br \/>\n\tdated 28.01.2011, by the Bank to the District Registrar, indicating<br \/>\n\tthat the petitioner has made a deposit of more than Rs.20,000\/-.
