Case No. 978 of 2007 corresponding to T.R. No.<br \/>\n     946 of 2008 pending in the court of Sri Santosh Kumar, Judicial<br \/>\n     Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh , in terms of compromise.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 All the concerned parties are present in court physically<br \/>\n     and on querry, they stated that the parties had compromised the case<br \/>\n     due to intervention of their friends    and now no dispute remains in<br \/>\n     between them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 This is a case under section 498A, 323, 504, 494 and 120B<br \/>\n     of the Indian Penal Code. Thus, the dispute between the parties is their<br \/>\n     personal dispute and no public policy involved in it.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Under the said circumstance,       compromise petition filed<br \/>\n     by the parties is accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Accordingly, I.A. No. 1608 of 2011 is allowed. This Cr.M.P.<br \/>\n     is allowed in terms of the compromise and entire criminal proceeding<br \/>\n     pending against the petitioners in connection with G.R. Case No. 978<br \/>\n     of 2007 corresponding to T.R.
