RAMKUMAR, J.\n            --------------------------------------------------\n               Bail Application No.187 of 2011\n            ---------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 14th day of January, 2011\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 &amp; 3 in Crime No.1457 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 of Sasthamcottah Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143, 147, 148, 452, 326, 308, 354 &amp; 294(b) read<\/p>\n<p>with Section 149 I.P.C., seek their enlargement on bail.          The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners were arrested on 22\/12\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioners, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.    Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 27\/01\/2011 on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for `15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.187\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The    petitioners shall  report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The petitioners shall make themselves available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>             police at any time till the filing of the final<\/p>\n<p>             report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The    petitioners  shall  not   influence  or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>             they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>             the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
