No.23143 of 2011\n                        Subodh Singh, son of Late Ram Nandan Singh\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   29.7.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                 the offence under Sections 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that for misuse of privilege of bail for<\/p>\n<p>                 three years, the petitioner has remained in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 6.4.2011 and in the meanwhile he has not committed any other<\/p>\n<p>                 illegal act, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed<\/p>\n<p>                 by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge, F.T.C. V, Lakhisarai, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                 Barahiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 1994 (S.C. No. 438 of 1996)<\/p>\n<p>                 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will<\/p>\n<p>                 be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                 giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the other shall be Gabbar Singh, brother of the petitioner. The<\/p>\n<p>                 bailor will undertake to furnish information to the court about<\/p>\n<p>                 any change in the address of the petitioner.
