Learned<br \/>\nAPP for the State, however, on the basis of written communication<br \/>\nfrom the Investigating Officer stated that  chargesheet has already<br \/>\nbeen filed as far back on 10th December 2009 and all<br \/>\naccused named in the complaint were sought to be arrested before<br \/>\nfiling of such  chargesheet.  However, some of them were granted<br \/>\nanticipatory bail and those who have not been granted  anticipatory<br \/>\nbail  were  actually arrested.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above developments, as of of now, no further directions<br \/>\nare necessary leaving it open to the petitioner to  seek further<br \/>\ninvestigation if it is found that on  any material aspects   while<br \/>\nfiling the chargesheet, the investigation has not been  properly<br \/>\ncarried out or for any other reason such further  investigation is<br \/>\nnecessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations, the petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(Akil<br \/>\nKureshi, J.)<\/p>\n<p>(vjn)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Babulal vs State on 6 October, 2010 Author: Akil Kureshi,&amp;Nbsp;
