Vijay Yadav son of\n                Shri Kisun Yadav, all residents of\n                village Ghosia Kala,Bapor,\n                P.S.Bikramganj,District Rohtas\n                (Sasaram)\n                      ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<pre>02\/   20.10.2011             Heard.\n\n                             Appellant              has        filed      this\n\n                    appeal     against       the          judgment        dated\n\n                    23.06.2011           passed           by       Additional\n\n                    Sessions        Judge,       Fast          Track      Court\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                    No.I, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                    Trial     No.         488       of     1997        whereby<\/p>\n<p>                    respondent       nos.       2    to        4   have    been<\/p>\n<p>                    acquitted       of     the       charges        and     two<\/p>\n<p>                    other accused have been convicted.<\/p>\n<p>                              We have perused the judgment<\/p>\n<p>                    impugned. The trial court has given<\/p>\n<p>                    reasons      of              arriving           at      its<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          conclusion     by      which       two       accused<\/p>\n<p>          persons          were        convicted           and<\/p>\n<p>          respondent      nos.     2         to    4      were<\/p>\n<p>          acquitted.
