Notice of measurement shall be given to the survey authorities<\/p>\n<p>as also   to the party respondents     whereupon they shall    measure the<\/p>\n<p>property without prejudice to the contentions of either party, if any,<\/p>\n<p>regarding their respective rights over the same.
